Agreement
UIAudit is operated by Maksym Chervynskyi ("we", "us", "our"). By using UIAudit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
UIAudit provides AI-assisted design audit reports for uploaded interface screenshots. Reports are generated for informational purposes only. Results may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as legal, compliance, or security advice.
Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the UIAudit service — including its software, design, branding, documentation, and AI methodology — remain the exclusive property of Maksym Chervynskyi. You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service.
Authorized use
- You must have rights to the screenshots you upload.
- Your use must comply with applicable law and your internal company policies.
- You must not upload illegal content, malware, personal identity documents, API keys, or passwords.
- You must not attempt to bypass free-trial controls, rate limits, or other usage restrictions.
- You must not use automated tools to scrape, probe, or overload the service.
Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment terms, billing, tax handling, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You may not use UIAudit to upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal under any applicable law, or facilitates or promotes illegal activity.
- Contains malware, phishing pages, scareware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights of any third party.
- Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Is deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or threatening.
- Contains sensitive personal data, identity documents, credentials, or payment card details.
- Is generated or submitted by automated means designed to scrape, probe, overload, or circumvent the service.
Abuse and restrictions
We may rate-limit, block, suspend, or terminate your access for misuse, including attempts to bypass free-trial controls, attack service infrastructure, engage in fraud, or violate these terms. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension without notice.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maksym Chervynskyi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
